Deep Breaths

My MELD dropped one more point. I feel guilty for being frustrated. Perhaps it is time I learned about patience.

  1. Being frustrated whilst being in the middle of an incredibly frustrating situation is very reasonable.

  2. It's so very much okay to be frustrated and angry. You are doing an amazing job of managing the illness, and you are more than allowed to have a human response. Hang in there.

  3. Sending you all lots of "hang in thereness". You have shown me what real patience is. I will continue to pray for the strength you need. Love to you and your family- teri

  4. Things go back and forwards from one day to the next. Patience is hard to learn. I know its easier said than done, but try to ignore the numbers and live each day as it comes.
    Thinking of you.

  6. I know just what you mean. My husband faced the same thing. The terrible reality is that you have to get worse before you can get better. And when your score goes down, it seems to prolong your suffering. But know that God is in control and all will happen in His perfect timing. Just keep hanging on. Your day is coming....
