  3. congrats! i stopped in 1988 and i'm glad i did - not only is it bad for your health, it's waaay too expensive!!!! i'd much rather go shopping or out to eat!

    congrats on quitting smoking. something i've done myself, not easy.

    it's probably particular to your state but there are organizations out there helping adult adoptees with the very thing you are wanting to do.
